Arrival & Departure Policy
Check-in
13:00 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-out
11:00 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
Government guidelines require guests to present govt. issued photo identity at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Within 15 days of Arrival Date / No Show
No Refund
Refund Schedule:
50% Refund
15 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking amount will be refunded
Full Refund
30 days & more prior to arrival - No deductions will be levied
In case of refund, 2% cancellation charges would be levied for transactions made by Payment Gateway.
Child Policy
Complimentary
Up to two children, less than 5 years of age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with no extra bed at no additional charge.
₹2,500 per night
An additional bed will be provided at a cost of INR 2,500 per child per night.
Room Dependent
An additional bed would be charged at rates dependent upon the unit.
Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
Other Policies
The applicable tariff and offers are subject to change at the discretion of the management.
Taxes levied in accordance with government policy.
Special offers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, bundles, or special prices.
